  • Which aspects of my life brought me the most joy, fulfillment, or satisfaction?
  • What habits or behaviors do I want to leave behind in 2024?

  • How can I cultivate gratitude and mindfulness in my daily routine?


Priorities and Values:

  • What matters most to me right now?
  • Are my actions and decisions aligned with my core values?
  • How can I prioritize the activities and relationships that bring me happiness and fulfillment?

Setting Intentions and Goals for 2025:
